If your order is showing as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, double check your delivery address to make sure it’s correct. We recommend reaching out directly to the courier to report a missing package.
Easy! If you purchased from ninjakitchen.co.uk, sign in to your account and find the order you'd like to send back and click 'Return'. Follow the instructions to create your return. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label with instructions.
Your refund will be issued once we receive and inspect your item. This can take up to 10 business days, but we'll keep you updated by email each step of the way.
If you purchased a Ninja product from a retailer, return directly to that retailer online or in person.
Exchanges are not accepted.
Change your mind? No problem. You can cancel or make changes within the first 30 minutes of placing your order by signing in to your account or following the link in your confirmation email.
After the 30-minute window, you can sign in to your account and request a returns label for buyer's remorse.

What if the product I order is out of stock?
Don’t worry! You can sign up to be notified the moment this item is available again. Simply go to the product page and enter your email address in the Sign Up box.
You’ll be the first to know when it’s back in stock - just provide your email and you’ll know the moment new inventory arrives.
Our customer support team cannot place orders for out-of-stock items, so rather than calling, signing up for notifications is your best way to stay updated.

30-Day Returns
Here’s what you need to do:
- Click on My Account, view your orders, click ‘Return’ on the relevant order, and follow the on-screen instructions.
- You will be sent an email with a link to download your return label - box up your return, attach your label and take it to a DPD pick-up shop.
- We’ll take care of the rest.
