We deliver to addresses across mainland UK. We are currently unable to deliver to BFPO addresses.

Unfortunately, next day delivery and weekend deliveries are not available for the following postcodes:

Track Your Delivery

Track Your Delivery

Main Units

All our main units are delivered by the courier DPD.

On the morning of the delivery date, if you have provided us with either a valid mobile telephone number or an email address, DPD will send the tracking information directly to you. They will also provide you with a 1-hour time slot for delivery and these are usually made available between 9:30am – 11:00am when DPD have organised their routes for the day.

You can go on to track the delivery on the DPD website using the following link;

You will need your tracking number that is sent by DPD to be able to check on the delivery.

If you have not provided a valid mobile telephone number or email address, you can contact our Customer Service Team and they will be able to provide you with the delivery information.

Parts and Accessories

Parts and accessories are delivered by Royal Mail 2nd class post.

Royal Mail do not offer a tracking service with the 2nd class postal service.

If you place your order before 19:00hrs on a working day, (Monday – Friday) then we will endeavor to deliver your order the next day.

We will endeavor to deliver any orders placed before 14:00hrs on a weekend the next day.

This table indicates the typical delivery periods for the different delivery methods.

Click + Collect Store

Delivery to Click + Collect Store

If you would prefer to collect your order from a local Pick-Up point, you can opt for this once you have received your tracking information from DPD on the day of delivery.

On the tracking information, it will prompt you to go on to the DPD website and from there you can make the required changes.

If you change the original delivery option that you requested at the time of placing the order, this may delay your delivery by 24 hours.

We offer free standard delivery to all UK mainland addresses on all orders.

Receipt and Signature

All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided.

Our delivery service providers may notify you by telephone / email in advance of attempting to make a delivery.

Additional Deliveries

If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service providers may make one further attempt to deliver your products.

If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service providers will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your product. Such instructions will include a time limit for collection.

If the couriers are unable to deliver the item, they will then return the product back to the warehouse.
