Orders placed after this date will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Extended Returns
Free returns on main units
Any purchases made up to 24th December 2024 can be returned until 23rd January 2025. For purchases made from 25th December 2024 onwards, our standard returns policy will apply.
How to return a main unit:
- Click on ‘My Account’, view your orders, click ‘Return’ on the relevant order and follow the on-screen instructions
- You will be sent an email with a link to download your free-of-charge return label – box up your return, attach your label and take it to a DPD pick-up shop
Any purchases made up to 24th December 2024 can be returned until 23rd January 2025. For purchases made from 25th December 2024 onwards, our standard returns policy will apply.
