Soft Brush Roll Not Spinning

Check the Floor Nozzle

  • Slide the button on the floor nozzle at the side of where the soft brush sits
  • Remove the soft brush bar

  • Clean any debris off the brush
  • Put the brush back in the floor nozzle making sure that there is an audible click
  • Turn the vacuum back on and check to see if both brush bars are spinning

Thanks for going through the troubleshooting steps.

If you ever have any concerns about the brush bars not rolling, please make sure that you remove and clean them and they are put back in firmly.

Top Tip

We also recommend that the filters are cleaned regularly to ensure you maintain optimum performance.

With the dust cup removed, remove and rinse the foam and felt filters every 3 months.  Let air dry completely before replacing. Hand wash only. Tap loose dirt off filters between washes as needed.

  • Date Code (4 digit code that can be found on a sticker on the back of the main body of the vacuum)
  • Serial Number – If Applicable (This can be found on the sticker on the back of the main body of the vacuum)
