Noise in the Floor Nozzle or the Wand

Remove the Hand Held Unit

  • Unlock the floor nozzle from upright lock by holding it down with foot and leaning the wand back.
  • Detach the floor nozzle from the wand using the ‘Wand Release’ button.

That's Worked

That’s Great!!

If there is a loss of suction or a strange noise, always check first that there are no blockages and the filters are clean.

Helpful Advice

With the dust cup removed, remove and rinse the foam and felt filters every 3 months.  Let air dry completely before replacing. Hand wash only. Tap loose dirt off filters between washes as needed.
