We will now concentrate on the handle & hose.
We will look for any obstructions or tears.

Remove the handle & hose completely.
Drop a coin through the open end on the handle.
Did the coin come out of the other end?
No it didn’t come out;
There is a blockage in the hose and this needs to be cleared. Once cleared, attach the handle and hose to the vacuum and try the suction.
If this performs as it should, select “That’s Worked”
Yes it came through or still no suction;
Select “Still Not Resolved”.
Remove the dust cup and follow the steps below to empty and clean.
Also reach inside to ensure that no dust or pet hair is blocking the airflow through the mesh filter in the center of the dust cup.
Test the suction again from the handle. Has the suction improved?
If Yes, select “That’s Worked”.
In no improvement, select “Still Not Resolved” below.

If you ever have any concerns about poor or low suction, please make sure that you check for blockages.
With the dust cup removed, remove and rinse the foam and felt filters every 3 months. Let air dry completely before replacing. Hand wash only. Tap loose dirt off filters between washes as needed.
Following the troubleshooting answers you have provided, you need to clean or replace the filters for your Vacuum.
Remove and rinse the foam and felt filters. If you are unsure where they are located, please refer to your user manual. Once rinsed, let them air dry completely for 24 hours before replacing. Hand wash only. Tap loose dirt off filters between washes as needed. We recommend that this is done regularly to maintain optimum performance.
