Let’s go through simple steps to resolve this for you.
Please see an image of your vacuum with the parts labelled. We will refer to these during the next steps.
Check the hose for any rips or tears.
Did you find a rip or tear?
Click Here – Tear or hole in the hose
Select “Next Step”.
Remove the floor nozzle.
If it’s worked, click “That’s Worked” and if not, select “Still Not Resolved”.
Remove the handle from top of wand, and turn the vacuum on.
The outcome of the next question will identify which part is faulty and is important to resolve this for you straight away.

If you ever have any concerns about poor or low suction, please make sure that you check for blockages.
With the dust cup removed, remove and rinse the foam and felt filters every 3 months. Let air dry completely before replacing. Hand wash only. Tap loose dirt off filters between washes as needed.
