Yes – Write down the fault code – FN10
No – Write down the fault code – FN09
Whether you answered Yes or No, select “Still Not Resolved”
If there is a loss of suction, always check first that there are no blockages and the filters are clean.
With the dust cup removed, remove and rinse the foam and felt filters every 3 months. Let air dry completely before replacing. Hand wash only. Tap loose dirt off filters between washes as needed.
