Which part is losing or has no power?
Floor Nozzle Body/Motor Base
If it’s the Floor Nozzle we will check for blockages and the lights – Click Here
If it’s the Body/Motor Base, click “Next Step”.
The vacuum needs to have cooled for a minimum of 45 minutes.
The unit is equipped with a motor protective thermostat and if your vacuum overheats, the thermostat will automatically shut the unit off.
If that has worked, click “That’s Worked” below.
If you have already left it for 45 minutes and you still have Intermittent or No Power, select “Still Not Resolved” below.

If you ever have any concerns about noise, please make sure that you check for blockages.
With the dust cup removed, remove and rinse the foam and felt filters every 3 months. Let air dry completely before replacing. Hand wash only. Tap loose dirt off filters between washes as needed.
