Low or Poor Suction

Low or Poor Suction

Let’s get started.

Poor suction is caused by either a blockage, or maintenance of the filters.

Let’s go through simple steps to resolve this for you.

That's worked

Thanks for going through the troubleshooting steps.

If you ever have any concerns about poor or low suction, please make sure that you check for blockages.

Top Tip

We also recommend that the filters are cleaned regularly to ensure you maintain optimum performance.

With the dust cup removed, remove and rinse the foam and felt filters every 3 months.  Let air dry completely before replacing. Hand wash only. Tap loose dirt off filters between washes as needed.
