Poor suction is caused by either a blockage, or maintenance of the filters.
Let’s go through simple steps to resolve this for you.
Please see an image of your vacuum with the parts labelled. We will refer to these during the next steps.

S. Soft Roller
Remove the handle and test whether there is any suction once the vacuum is turned on.
If yes, click next step.
If no, select the link below.
No suction from the handle & hose
Look through the wand and see if you can see any obstructions?
If yes, remove the blockage, put the vacuum together and try the suction again.
If it’s working, select “That’s Worked” and if not, select “Still Not Resolved”
Now disconnect all the main parts of the vacuum and let’s focus on the Floor Nozzle.
Pull the arm down and look through to see if you can see any blockages.
Remove the floor nozzle again.
If it’s worked, click “That’s Worked” and if not, select “Still Not Resolved”.

If you ever have any concerns about poor or low suction, please make sure that you check for blockages.
We also recommend that the filters are cleaned regularly to ensure you maintain optimum performance.
With the dust cup removed, remove and rinse the foam and felt filters every 3 months. Let air dry completely before replacing. Hand wash only. Tap loose dirt off filters between washes as needed.
