Floor Nozzle – No lights

No lights on the Floor Nozzle

When there are no lights on the Floor Nozzle, this can be caused the following areas;

  • Debris between the different parts
  • Parts not connected correctly
  • Electrical Connections between the parts

We will now go through some checks to identify the cause.

If the lights are not green and the brush rolls are not spinning, please make sure that the vacuum is cleaned of debris and all parts are connected correctly.

Helpful Advice

With the dust cup removed, remove and rinse the foam and felt filters every 3 months.  Let air dry completely before replacing. Hand wash only. Tap loose dirt off filters between washes as needed.

Be sure to wash the filters in warm water only and allow to air dry for 24 hours.

  • Date Code (4 digit code that can be found on a sticker on the back of the main body of the vacuum)
  • Serial Number – If Applicable (This can be found on the sticker on the back of the main body of the vacuum)
