The brush roll can stop spinning for different reasons.
Let’s go through simple steps to find out why.
Please follow the steps below;
What colour is the indicator light on the floor nozzle (Number 12 on image below)?
Green and brush rolls spinning – Working as it should. Please ensure you check that it is in carpet mode if the brush rolls are not spinning.
No Lights on – Select this link: Click Here
Solid or Flashing Red Light – Select “Next Step” below
This usually means that the unit is overheating on thick carpet.
There is a safety feature in the unit where it shuts down automatically to let it cool down.
Please allow the unit to cool down for 45 minutes and try again.
If you have left it for 45 minutes and it still flashes red, please select “Next Step” below.
Check if the Indicator light is Green and the brushroll is spinning.
Yes – Select “That’s Worked” below.
No – Select “Still Not Resolved” below.

If you ever experience the light not being green and the brush roll not spinning, please make sure that the vacuum is in Carpet Mode and that you check for blockages.
With the dust cup removed, remove and rinse the foam and felt filters every 3 months. Let air dry completely before replacing. Hand wash only. Tap loose dirt off filters between washes as needed.
