Payment Enquiry

If you have a payment enquiry, you can now find useful information in your My Account Section.

You will be able to complete the following tasks;

  • View and print your invoice
  • See payment history
  • Update your payment card
  • Update your billing address
  • Pay outstanding balance

If you do not have a My Account registered, or one of the following queries, you will need to call our Customer Service Team;

  • Change payment date
  • Alter monthly payments
  • Your account is in arrears
  • Dispute payments that have been taken

Please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to assist you further.  You can call us on 0800 8620453 and we are open during the following hours;

  • Monday – Friday between 8am and 8pm
  • Saturday between 9am and 7pm
  • UK Bank Holidays between 10am and 6:30pm

*Please note that we are unable to resolve any payment queries via email.  If you send an email regarding a payment enquiry, you will receive a no reply email asking to call us as for Data Protection purposes.
